The storm system to our north will linger into Thursday and snow chances will increase a bit throughout the day as general atmospheric lift pairs with some lake enhancement. A cold front is advancing from the west and will bring isolated rain and snow showers this evening. Southwest winds will pick up this afternoon and temperatures likely break into the 40s. Clear skies thanks to some brief high pressure will open the door for some warmer air late this morning. We started off cold with temperatures in the lower teens.
